Shard Services Analyst
CurrentAs a vital contributor to our expanding Finance organization, I ensure the precision and accuracy of general ledger data. My primary responsibilities encompass supporting the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, executing various account and bank reconciliations, and facilitating audits. Additionally, I actively assist in implementing new processes related to automated Shared Services solutions and contribute to the system setup for Mergers and Acquisitions within our Cloud-based ERP Project.Key Responsibilities:- Execute efficient and accurate closings for specific accounts, including the preparation of journal entries with required supporting documentation.- Conduct monthly/quarterly/annual account and bank reconciliations.- Provide crucial support for the establishment of new processes during system upgrades/implementation and Mergers and Acquisitions.- Cultivate positive working relationships within our team and across divisions.- Offer support for internal/external audits.- Analyze and review balance sheet, P&L statements, and trial balances.- Contribute to Corporate Cost Accounting and Analysis.- Address ad hoc financial information requests, analyses, and other special projects as assigned.
