- Plan and design training concept for internal employee (Skill Set, Training Need Analysis, Operational workflow, report for management, etc)- Implement and lead training activity daily operational (Manage trainer, create training material and training quiz, trainee registration, etc)

- Business Analyst of Buana Finance's Core System Implementation- Analyze Client's need, design system's enhancement and ensure the implemented system meets Client's need

Develop products for Financial Technology industry which will become the connector between people who wants to lend money and financial institutions (www.disitu.com)- Translate business flow into a detail product specification to be used by developer team- Direct designers to understand 5W+1H of products that will be developed so that they can give suitable design- Work closely with tester to ensure that the products are working well before launched to public- Analyze current features and find a way to improve them- Specify and manage all contents that will be publish to our website- Create marketing plans and conduct them to increase traffic, users, and leads- Manage social media marketing, from planning to execution
