• Acting as representative to the CEO; providing oversight and guidance to crucial projects.• SPOC for all activities between Godrej and two (2) early-stage technology start-ups with an annual budget of USD 5 Mn for R&D activities, manufacturing process development, sample distribution and demo project execution.• Actively track investments/debt requirement, R&D milestones & technology transfer to India. Responsible for timely and effective communication to Godrej top management in the form of on-demand and periodic quarterly reports, for the two start-ups.• SPOC for Bain & Co. and member of the team which is running a result delivery office (program management), managing critical projects in collaboration with operational teams of both start-ups, using tracking frameworks and well-defined KPI's. To name a few critical projects -o Financial modelling & analysis - P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow statements.o GTM preparedness – undertook research project to build comprehensive use case data for priority application, identifying potential customers and develop right collaterals.o Identifying potential risks and mitigating risks through leading indicators.o Enhanced team engagement and performance with daily updates and informational meetings.

• Conducted a three (3) month long business case review by Bain& Co. of a thermoelectric chip technology start-up based out of Texas, USA.• Responsible for formulating and executing strategic initiatives working alongside and with inputs from various cross functional teams.• Extensive experience in reviewing legal agreements and working with law firms through the entire process from initial term sheet to signing.• Structuring business and financial plans along with the CEO & CFO for making presentations to the Board of Director's.

• Conducted primary and secondary research to understand the energy storage market dynamics i.e., competitor insights, business model analysis, requirement gathering, industry overview, etc.• Conducted a four (4) month long business case review by Bain & Co. for an innovative energy storage- startup based out of New York, USA.• Extensive experience in writing agenda, minutes of meeting, article/document summary for the senior executives.• Anticipating and managing the preparation of information which includes any briefing materials the CEO may require for meetings or events.• Overseeing written correspondence and creating communications and presentations as needed to convey complex initiatives.• Coordinating projects at the CEO's request which includes gathering information from across functional teams and offices.
