Currently, I am working as a Technical Support Engineer who has also been actively involved in 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀, specializing in full-stack web development. Alongside my primary job, I have delivered several full-stack web applications to many freelance clients, showcasing my ability to build end-to-end solutions that meet diverse client requirements. While my primary role involves providing technical support and maintaining internal systems, I have proactively taken on development projects that add significant value to my organization.One of my key contributions was the development of a comprehensive 𝗛𝗥 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 for my current company using Next.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. This software automates several crucial processes such as Leave Applications, Employee Conveyance, Office Requisitions, Office Visitor Registration, Task Assignment and Tracking, and overall Employee Management. I initiated and developed this solution independently, outside of my assigned job responsibilities, driven by a desire to solve internal operational challenges. As a result, my company has benefited from increased efficiency, reduced manual effort, and improved process tracking.In my role, I have consistently sought opportunities to leverage my software development skills to automate tasks and streamline internal operations, which has enhanced overall productivity. These contributions have allowed me to bridge the gap between technical support and software development, demonstrating my ability to deliver impactful solutions.I am now looking to fully transition into a software development role where I can apply my technical skills and passion for coding to contribute to large-scale projects.
