As an ambitious, confident, and hardworking individual, I am currently working as an Assistant Manager in Sundaram Finance Ltd, where I am responsible for customer relations and funding operations. With over 100 clients under my portfolio, I have extensive experience in reviewing, surveying, and making credit decisions accordingly. Additionally, I possess good interpersonal and communication skills, which have helped me build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.In my current role at Sundaram Finance Ltd, I am responsible for field investigations of customers for credit decisions, ensuring all pre-disbursement documentation processes are completed, and following up on and collecting EMIs and all pending invoices, RCs, insurance renewals, and monitoring the status of these documents. I also handle customer calls, dealer calls, marketing staff calls, and support in marketing activities. Furthermore, I assist and coordinate with HO-Area follow-up, Branch to Branch, Branch to RO on interaction and communication, and assist in maintaining all necessary documents in line with the requirements for internal audit and statutory compliance.Apart from my work experience, I hold several certifications, including the NSE Academy Certified Market Professional (NCMP) Level 5 Certification and the NSE Academy Certified Investment Analyst Professional Certification. I also hold a C.I.T.A Certification in Computer and have bagged a Certificate of Appreciation from TEDx Ravenshaw University.
