• Responsible to arrange maximum deliveries within TAT.• Preparation of various MIS reports like Inbound, outbound, RTO and aging reports.• Handling a team of support staff & delivery boys.• Taking care of Last Mile Operations, stock received and stock outward.• Plan network expansion in the given territory in view of the business expansion.• Ensures quality check of all shipments/bags and ensure zero missing shipments with value and count.• Handling escalations & ensure the shipments must be delivered within the given TAT.

Handling Inbound & Outbound operations.• Ensures quality check of all shipments/bags and ensure zero missing shipments with value and count.• Exposure in Cash Collection & Reconciliation.• Attending Customer and Client Escalation and resolving them swiftly.• Preparation of various reports like DDR, NDR, RTO and RVP reports.• To ensure timely pickups from customers by coordinating with delivery executives with 100% rate.• Responsible for giving 80% performance from entire team.
