In this role, I provide professional service and foreign exchange expertise to our corporate clients by offering foreign exchange solutions. I am responsible for customer retention, monitoring market information and applying sales skills to develop and grow our client base, in a profitable manner. I identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and am responsible for establishing new business relationships while effectively identifying and communicating appropriate foreign exchange solutions. I am able to communicate, present and negotiate with executive level positions within a prospective company both over the phone and in person. The goal of this role is to establish rapport and build credibility with clients through effectively presenting solutions that encompass the clients entire international payment needs, establishing myself as Risk Management Specialist for my clients.In addition to above my role involves the following:Promote and cross sell foreign exchange products and solutionsMeet and exceed core sales targetsResearch and analyze clients' business objectives, identify their foreign exchange and international payment requirements, and provide a benefits-based solution and action plan demonstrating how to meet client needsEstablish, secure, and manage relationships with existing and potential clientsManage and cultivate client loyalty through proactive phone calls and being responsive to customer inquiries to ensure client retentionIdentify hedging methods and sources that clients can use to implement foreign exchange strategiesMonitor account performance and activityContinuously solicit customer feedback and communicate internallyDemonstrate an understanding of on-line payment solution and related technology in order to effectively support clientsClose sales opportunities for foreign exchange products and international payment servicesAnd much more.
