Executive Research, reactive sourcing for the here and now with the added benefit of being able to build talent pipelines for future rolesFind out more at www.whitecrowresearch.comKey Responsibilities:-*To develop and execute on a sales strategy consistent with organizational goals and objectives for the WhiteCrow Research business verticals.*Work with the Management and Delivery team to inform of market needs and priorities that align with company targets.*To manage detailed Capture Plans for large opportunities including proposal development, complex pricing strategies and preparation for oral presentations.*Also accountable for key metrics of pipeline health, closure rates, and forecast accuracy new strategic business.*Adhere to sales process and tools for opportunity entry, progression, and closure*Support engagement delivery and quality through on-site client interaction, review of deliverables and participation in critical meetings on large deals where a relationship has been established through the sales process.* Develop recommended, trend relavent, and channel appropriate assortments for key accounts* Diligently forecast, track and analyze sales, as well as identify possible additional opportunities*Demonstrate strong communication skills, including interaction and involvement across multiple divisions and with clients.*Driven by Revenue Targets
