• Work with global corporate IT functions for Finance, Compliance, Risk and Treasury development initiatives. Meet regularly with the regional + global CFO's and CIO's within the firm to define short/long term strategic goals for the department and to assess performance on a quarterly basis. • Produce senior executive management level documentation and presentations such as scope requirement documents, KRI/KPI metrics, executive status reports. • Ensure compliance with several international standards, (UK, USA and France mainly), for regulatory reporting requirements (ESMA, FCA, CFTC, AMF).• Currently managing a development team of 4 FTE’s based in London across a suite of applications owned by corporate services IT. • Vendor Management: Currently managing a team of 26 consultants for various projects ongoing within the firm for Compliance, (EMIR – European Market Infrastructure Regulation), Finance, Societe Generale/Newedge Integration, ALM, Basel III and Client Money enhancements for EMIR ISA introduction. The team consists of Developers, Business Analysts and Project Managers.• Maintain, propose and execute management of CTB/RTB budgets for CSIT EMEA.

Acting as the IT Project Lead and in charge of EMIR, Regulatory Implementation for Newedge:• Led the IT workstreams for architectural system design flow across development and infrastructure teams.• Business analyst role on EMIR and worked with a team of them to deliver business requirements to the IT/Operational delivery team while interacting with stakeholders from a large number of internal teams and external entities. This included analysis of mapping requirements per product class and full completion of lifecycle scenarios as per EMIR and DTCC Trade Repository specifications.• Actively involved in project planning, steering committee updates, and acceptance testing with end users.Stakeholder Management - Global IT Service Delivery Manager for Finance and Regulatory Transaction Reporting:• Quarterly reviews with regional and global CFO’s for development metrics, short and long term strategy planning. • Bi-Monthly sprint meetings with stakeholders for global prioritisation on Finance topics. • Bi-Monthly sprint meetings with stakeholders for EMEA regional regulatory transaction reporting topics, (mainly EMIR and Mifid). • Maintained and acted as an interface between end users and developers for escalation of issues.

Acting as the IT Project Lead and in charge of:• Led on all IT system workstreams. Managed and supported non-dedicated IT stakeholders for on time delivery of pre/post defined deliverables within the project programme governance framework.• Identified and implemented a target-state model in line with globally agreed best practices within Finance.Delivering:• Management and release of technical solutions. Utilising the IT organisation within Newedge to meet these needs and providing project budget if necessary.• Tracking and reporting of full-spectrum User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all relevant releases.• Ensured correct IT policies and procedures are adhered to throughout the project.• Liaised with other Project Leaders in order to define the Finance Target Operating Model and delivery of their required solutions.• Progress tracking, management reporting and issue escalation to the Programme Director.• Time tracking and budgetary control for resource, software and hardware within the work stream.• Liaison to end-users in Finance and all relevant transversal departments to ensure validity of IT automated deliveries.

Project Resource:• Involved in key projects to include a front to back review of the Prime Brokerage Business.• Carried out review of 17 cross asset classes used within PB, including, but not limited to, SLB, FX/OTC, Cap Intro, Investor Research, Trade Give-in's for both FX and FI underlying.• Helped to construct Risk/Value matrices for senior management for PB business line.• Compiled process flows for senior management review to include inter-company system flows, (global + regional).Project Management Resource/Business Analyst:• Led the strategic IT implementation for Murex software, for OTC business to include cleared IRS swaps.• Managed various development streams within IT, such as data management, CSTP IT and Corporate Services IT, to deliver implementation of Murex within Newedge.• Ensured core integration of Murex (and other applications) with other Newedge systems used by Risk, Finance, Treasury, Operations and Front Office.• Acted as a BA and put together requirement specifications for multiple system integrations.Developer:• Carried out SQL programming development for various Newedge applications and systems, used by front, middle and back office.Subject Matter Expert, (SME) in Repo/Equity Stock Lending Borrowing Business:• Advised front office repo desk on strategic implementation for applications and software they should use for deal executions.• Implemented optimised workflow process from front to back to include automated straight through processing for IT, Operations, Risk, Finance, and the Fixed Income Business Line.• Managed Credit/Market Risk's expectations for monitoring this business on an intraday/daily basis.• Handled Vendor-Client relationship management to ensure quick immediate resolutions for production issues involving Software/Server/Database errors.
