I have a diverse background in human resources via direct recruitment/sales, and administrative onboarding. Although currently completing my BA in Human Resources Development from Indiana State University, I've attained an AS in Human Resources Management and Services from the Community College of the Air Force. I have also completed an AS in Pharmacy from the same institution, which gives me a solid foundation in the healthcare field. I have leveraged my HR and pharmacy skills to recruit, train, and mentor new and existing staff, as well as to implement innovative solutions to improve the performance and satisfaction of my team. Throughout my career, my work has been recognized with 9 Annual Performance Awards and 4 Safety Awards.I am a proven leader and military vet with valued managerial experiences ranging in healthcare, operations, recruitment, and sales.
