Research on Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism.13.) Research on implications of ‘Form V’ in case of transfer of business in relation to owner and occupier and examining relevant case laws.14.) Research on ‘Form V’ under Contract Labour Act.15.) Research on Doctrine of Ex-Post Facto.16.) Research on mandates for a nominee to qualify as an assignee under English Law and look for relevant case laws.17.) Acquiring recent notifications and circulars for the month of May from MCA, RBI & SEBI websites.18.) Real Estate – Research on Section 47 of PWD Act, 1995 for ‘can a person be removed/terminated from his post in case of any physical or mental illness?’ and perusing relevant case laws.
