I have experience as a Project Manager for two initiatives: HDFC Bank Future Skill and NASSCOM Women Empowerment. These projects were carried out in three different locations: Punjab, Haryana, and Delhi.

Worked as a Team Lead for a Rural Project named Jal Jeevan Mission about conservation and awareness of water and making a water tank per Gram Sabha. We worked in 120 Gram Sabha.

COR-NTD –• To evaluate the process of pre-MDA microfilaria survey.• To identify the barriers and enablers for achieving optimal drug compliance for anti-filaria drugs among community members• To develop an intervention packed for achieving optimal compliance of the anti-filaria drugs administered during mass drug administration campaigns.• To evaluate the impact of an intervention package on the drug compliance of the community members during an MDA campaign is a TAS failed study district.• To determine the acceptability, appropriateness, and feasibility of integrating rapid group ethnography into Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTD) programs.
