• As a Technical Recruiter I'm Responsible for all aspect of the Sourcing and Hiring of IT Professionals to fill Technical Position. Also work to identify and fill job opening, interview Candidate and Keep records of.
• Sourcing technical (and non-technical) roles across Mozilla (Firefox, Pocket, Hubs, Privacy, Security, etc.)
• Build processes, documentation, and goal setting for sourcing function supporting recruiters and hiring managers Work with recruiters, coordinators, sourcers, and hiring managers throughout all stages of recruitment.
• Utilize sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Google internal tools, etc.) to identify passive talent and build pipeline
• Perform initial screening with candidates to qualify for positions within Google
