•Developed and delivered Stretton's senior Economics subject offering. The Economics subject enrolments have doubled in one year.•Presented to Stretton’s administration and whole staff on using evidence-based practice to develop teacher-student relationships. Specifically, the idea that developing student relationships and teaching curriculum are not mutually exclusive actions. •Co-led school’s Kokoda Challenge team, which included training and leading students to raise money for the Kokoda foundation which culminated in a 48km walk.

• Led the senior English Professional Learning Team. This included co-developing a framework to support consistent teaching and learning across the senior English team, synthesizing discussion viewpoints to build consensus on rubrics and assessment tasks and facilitating Griffin Protocol moderations to inform future instructional strategies to enhance student learning.• Assisted the revamping of Huonville High's year 11 and 12 program, which saw a doubling of students achieving a TCE in one year and doubling of following year enrolments. •Facilitated multiple staff meetings on the evidence bases supporting the implementation of the school's common instructional model.•Led Huonville High’s partnership with “A Fairer World”- an organization which supports students to see themselves as global citizens, and contribute to a just and peaceful future.

•Conducted intake interviews for foreign workers who had been exploited by their employers and prepared them for subsequent interviews with Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower•Negotiated with employers, government departments and police for foreign workers’ compensation, transfer of employment and repatriation to home country.•Conducted research into key migration issues in the Asian region and prepared experts for trials.
