As a Technical Officer at Food Corporation Of India, I ensure the quality and safety of food grains procured, stored, and distributed by the largest public sector undertaking in the country. With a BTech degree in Food Science and Technology from University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad, I have over two years of work experience in the food industry, including a previous role as a Quality Executive at PepsiCo - Varun Beverages Ltd, where I was responsible for monitoring and controlling the quality parameters of beverages and raw materials. I have developed skills in quality management, food analysis, food processing, food microbiology, and food laws and regulations. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to improve the food security and nutrition of millions of people, and to uphold the standards and reputation of FCI. I am also committed to continuous learning and professional development, and to collaborating with my colleagues and stakeholders to achieve our common goals.
