* Ensure benefit processes (forms, documents, Intranet) are up to date, user friendly, accurate, informative and compliant with applicable regulations.* Enrolment process and tracking of employee benefit transactions, including joiners terminations, promotions, transfers, leave records etc. Managing the payroll process.
