Experience in documenting and funding loans with general knowledge in all areas of loan Processing and/or funding.Managing commercial lending portfolio for syndicated and agented deals.Monitor, Research or instruct payment processing for borrower payments, disbursements, fees and other miscellaneous items for assigned loans and collect appropriate fees due lender or servicesProcessing borrowing base certificates, posting collaterals, advances, payments, reprises/ renewals, Checks, interest payments (Libor), Covenant, loan syndication and Bi-lateral.Work on participated/ syndicated loans in LUCAS & OneView – assigning, processing & reconciliation for borrowing base, advances, payments, reprises, LC balances, interest & fees.Monitor monthly and weekly collateral reports received in mailbox and assign accordingly to the team.Worked on various reports i.e., client delinquency, global loan status reports on loan syndication.Adding/Changing the wiring instruction for New/Existing deals.Booking collateral and understanding of the cost associated with optimization of any outflow, basedon the eligibility criteria.Manage a book of clients in the margining function, including exposure review, collateral valuation,margin calculations, position adjustments.Review of Credit Agreement and update the facilities info accordingly.
