13+ Years of experience in PLC & HMI Industrial Automation in Rockwell Automation & Siemens:Job involves HMI Designing, EPlan Schematics, Robotics interfacing with PLC, developing PLC Logic, Electrical CAD Drawings for Automotive industries.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Designing the complete PLC and HMI & SCADA system Experience in troubleshooting.• Preparing Functional and detailed design specifications.• PLC Program development according to the application.• Designing SCADA Graphics, generation of SCADA database, configuring the system, creating & managing PLC & SCADA interfaces with various 3rd party devices, creation of various kinds of reports, configuring SCADA system to accept multi-protocol communications, designing and implementing PLC & SCADA redundancies etc.• Pre-commission and commission PLC & SCADA systems for various automation projects• Determining the IO count for PLC from P&ID.• IO allocation, Module allocation, process segregation for IO allocation.• Technical review and feasibility study of tender specifications for PLC systems.• Prepare all necessary documentation for handing over including FAT/SAT procedures, O & M Manuals. Client correspondences.• Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests on control systems with the emphasis on PLC & SCADA systems.• All Documentation for Instrumentation & PLC Modules (As Per Standard Details).• Designing Of Control Panels for PLC Panel & RIO Panel.• Erection and Commissioning Of PLC and Control Panels.• Had Knowledge on field Instruments, pressure gauge, level transmitters, pressure transmitters, flow transmitters.
