As The Founder at Ten India Trust, I also partner with NGOs and government agencies to design and deliver customized soft skills training programs for disadvantaged youth and adults, I use my business analysis expertise to assess the needs, gaps, and opportunities of each target group.I am also a soft skills trainer and a professional social worker with a Master of Social Work from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. My career objective is to serve the community as a whole, especially the marginalized and the underprivileged, by empowering them with the skills and confidence they need to achieve their goals and aspirations.
