Hey there,I am a fresh graduate with Bachelor’s of Degree in Human Resource Development. Currently I am seeking for a job where I can apply my knowledge, skills and abilities derived from my studies to serve your organization and establish an enjoyable career for myself, building the success of the company while I experience advancement opportunities.I acquire interpersonal skills by being a good team player with good communication skills l, convergent thinking, resiliency and positive attitude, leadership, willingness to learn, morality and always strive to perform well in every aspect to achieve organization goals. As for working experience, I have completed my internship in Real Estate Agency company, Vivahomes Realty Seremban Sdn.Bhd for about 2 and half months. I worked under Recruitment and Selection department whereby I need to screen candidates resumes from various job posting platforms. I conducted phone screening with candidates by following the PDPA to ensure I am talking with the right candidate to schedule interview sessions for suitable candidates. I have achieved my daily Key Performance Indicator by achieving 75 effective calls on a daily basis.Moreover, I had the opportunity to conduct virtual interview session with candidates either individual or group via Zoom Meeting where I enhance my communication skills.
