(Cash conversion cycle (CCC) is < 100 days for constant two year and to implement cost control measures.- Key member of the team implemented companywide Oracle ERP system.- Lead role in completion of merger for three legal entities in India, Capital infusion to India from Overseas ($20M).- Representing finance department in ATM monitoring delivery center to be transferred from USA to India (expected saving $8M).- Setting up companywide OTC (Order to cash) team across all verticals.
