2SLGBTQ+ Health Hub: Healing through Education and Awareness in stigma reduction and Life course Training in Health is a national hub for training, mentorship, connection, and capacity-building for diverse early career researchers, trainees, healthcare professionals, government, and community-based stakeholders and persons with lived experience. The Hub will tackle a major training and capacity challenge in intersectional and community-informed 2SLGBTQ+ health, providing a suite of multi-modal training (synchronous and asynchronous), engagement, and mentoring opportunities that go well beyond any existing capacity building and learning models that currently exist in this field. The Health Hub is funded by CIHR.

• Plan, develop, implement, deliver and evaluate a range of learning activities and training initiatives to build capacity for front-line staff and organizations in their EDI in sexual health promotion work with 2GBTQ+ men. • Review and synthesize research publications, journal articles for online resources • Enhance the KTE in priority areas of focus: sexual health information & education, HIV/STBBI testing, PeP & PrEP, harm reduction & PnP• Promote use of digital tools and communications platforms to provide sexual health promotion services for 2GBTQ+such as workshops, peer to peer technical assistance, conferences or events, on-line learning, and toolkits• Support community engagement for members to learn the skills and use the tools to serve 2GBTQ+ men • Foster relationships and build partnerships with academic colleagues, community organizations, other capacity builders and learning institutions to implement programs or initiatives• Build capacity of health care organizations to serve 2GBTQ+ men across Ontario • Provide referrals to information, resources, and other relevant capacity building opportunities for GMSH alliance member staff and organizations;• Coordinate, plan, manage the execution, delivery, and evaluation of the biennial conference • Provide mentorship and opportunities for students volunteers for community engagement and skills development
