As the Marketing, Media, and Events Manager at de Gruchy, a prestigious luxury department store, I oversee a diverse range of responsibilities to enhance the brand's presence. This encompasses managing in-house marketing and events, including product releases and promotions across all stocked brands. I actively engage with brand contacts, ensuring seamless collaborations and successful launches. My role involves crafting and executing social media content, staying attuned to trends, and developing comprehensive schedules and annual plans. With a focus on optimising customer experience, I meticulously plan and manage in-store events. Additionally, I contribute to the brand's online presence through email campaigns, website designs, and updates. My role extended beyond overseeing these projects; I actively managed and provided guidance on social media for businesses across Jersey. My responsibilities also encompassed website construction and management.In addition to these endeavors, I played a pivotal role in steering the in-house social media presence and delivery. My multifaceted approach involved not only conceptualising and implementing digital strategies but also hands-on involvement in website creation and social media management.
