As Intern Coordinator for Earth Day Network, I have been responsible for the development and maintenance of the substantive seasonal internship program which support the international environmental non-profit in its daily operations regarding campaigns, development, and events.Since August of 2016, I have assembled, organized, and mobilized several groups (15-20 interns each) of promising and dedicated students and recent grads to manage and conduct outreach to our global network of organizers, donors, government officials, and various organizations – including over 50,000 partners in nearly 200 countries. During my time with Earth Day Network, I have autonomously conducted the complete hiring processes for the internship program from program design and development, to applicant outreach and evaluation, to selection and orientation. Furthermore, I have also been able to serve as a key representative for the organization at various events domestically and internationally, including The United Nations Conference of Parties 22: Marrakesh, Morocco (COP22.)
