Knowledge of 40+ food categories.* Worked collaboratively with Plant Manager, Training Director, Production Operations Manager, Quality Assurance Team, Warehouse Manager, Label Design Team, and Company CEO on a daily basis to achieve production requirements* Supervised and managed 16 Team Members: 3 Packaging Line Workers, 8 Production Fillers, 2 Label Inventory Control Workers and 3 Packaging Material Workers* Assisted in procedure development and implementation of SOP, GMP, Sanitation SOP and HACCP Plans* Input NAV system data for each production run, from large orders to small sample sizes.
