I price bids for our jobs and prepare proposals. I coordinate and track product submittals, RFIs and change orders for current projects. I also process payroll and assist with AP/AR and all other office duties.

Managed the Marketing department’s projects, including editing and proofreading all of the bank’s marketing materials, coordinating approvals for each project and sending final materials to stakeholders. Maintained the bank’s social media accounts and processed the Marketing department’s accounts payables and invoices. I maintained and updated the bank’s website, and handled some of their graphic design. I also frequently covered the receptionist desk where I greeted guests, interacted with vendors, and assisted with administrative tasks as needed.

I am currently completing a mentorship in Marketing with our VP of Marketing at Rhinebeck Bank.I am learning the fundamentals of Marketing and Graphic Design, while improving my networking and public speaking skills.

I input data on all new consumer vehicle loans, and am in training for personal loans. In charge of tracking DMV liens on vehicles used as collateral, following up on dealer and/or DMV processing errors, ensuring the bank's lien is recordedAlso assist with various other department tasks such as processing lien releases, loan payoffs, verifying insurance and customer service. Currently participating in a Marketing mentorship within the company.

I scan and index all loan documents into an electronic database. All employees can then access necessary documents from their computer instead of searching for physical loan files and paperwork.

I work one on one with the Artistic Director to -create flyers and brochures for dance programs and events -put together her lectures and presentations, including making powerpoint slides and emailing all information to program coordinators and colleagues -general computer assistanceThis is an as needed position. She is often out of the country, so I only work with her when she is in town.
