My team and I pioneered the first international procurement division at Charlie's Produce. Working with international vendors to develop profitable programs. Managing a team that handled the logistics from the farm to the final US destination. Including air freight, LTL, FTL and ocean liner freight bookings, confirming product will arrive on time, within our specs and priced competitively. All while navigating the ever changing import regulations and tariff fees. For each commodity we identify our top vendors and then determine the program we want to negotiate for the season. Also, work with various commissions to run sales promotions and partner with retailers for cross branding. Generating extra exposure and revenue for everyone.

Worked independently, managing large volume food service accounts, managing client expectations while managing the profitable benchmarks of the company. Negotiated new customer contracts, in a timely and efficient manner. I worked directly with B2B, managing accounts, as well as recruiting new multi unit accounts.

This was the parent company of R&D Ice Cream, an artisan ice cream company selling ice cream sandwich desserts wholesale.

Developed lectures for a Human Sexuality class, through extensive academia research, developed assignments and exams. Maintained an online portal for the class, resolved conflicts between the students and professors as needed. Worked independently and maintained detailed plans, created and maintained class and lecture schedule and remained flexible to meet the students needs.
