Heart to Heart is an initiative at Sacred Heart University started by Division 1 College Athletes to raise awareness about the growing concerns of mental health in athletics. The role of Heart to Heart is to organize awareness projects and fundraisers dedicated to improving the resources provided to student-athletes regarding their mental health.
