Worked for Dr. Swetnam in his data science lab (CyVerse) to create reproducible AI chatbots trained on custom datasets. Published open source code and instructions to create & embed chatbots. Deployed chatbots on CyVerse's online learning workshops and a data migration platform for researchers. Analyzed cost of deploying and hosting chatbots, created recommendations based on target use cases.

Developed a solution to migrate web services from multiple third-party hosts to a consolidated Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure which improved data security, compute processing efficiency, and resulted in higher profit margins. Worked with Coupa and Oracle API's to streamline procure-to-pay digital processes for corporate clients.
