With over 22 years of experience in human resources, I am a senior manager IR at Ramco Industries Ltd., a leading manufacturer of building materials and industrial products. In this role, I am responsible for managing the employee relations and industrial relations functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handling grievances and disputes. I also contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and practices, such as performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement. I have a strong background in ER and IR, having worked as an assistant manager ER at Dymos Lear Automotive India Pvt Ltd and a senior HR manager at HYUNDAI TRANSYS, where I handled various ER and IR issues, such as employee satisfaction, retention, communication, and compliance.
