I am a student at the University of Tasmania pursuing a Master of Information Technology and Systems. I have experience in interface development, data analysis, software and project management alongside other expertise in cloud technologies. I have worked as an IT support technician at the University of Tasmania and worked as an IT support specialist in Insight Tech IT. My skills and abilities are valid, and they can be applied in any competitive field relevant to my course of the specialization. For instance, I can provide solutions and make sound decisions in difficult situations, thus assuring personal and organizational growth. I will always dedicate myself and remain resourceful, flexible and innovative in any workplace. Some of the professional skills I have acquired from internship and previous employment include; project management, data analysis, customer satisfaction, effective communication, positive mindset/attitude and teamwork. Additionally, from my previous work experience and internship program, I have acquired numerous technical skills from the various tasks I was assigned. Professional skill:Data Visualisation (VISL) Level 3:It is a crucial skill attributed to interpreting facts, ideas and concepts by application of graphical representations. Besides, the skill encapsulates condensing data sets, thus reducing risks and identifying an appropriate trend that can be analyzed to make an effective decision.Quality management(QUMG) Level 3:This skill is attributed to the application of machine learning, mathematics, and statistics to discover different patterns predicted to occur in the future. Besides, the skill involves exploiting, identifying, and validating data sets generated from different processes applied in a system.Problem management (PBMG) Level 3:During my internship, there were different times I incurred a couple of project-related problems, and I solved them as I continued to learn various aspects that helped me to develop level 3 problem management.
