Managing Shell's MPG I and MPG USP business in India covering the Flavors / Pharma / HPC / UPR and other Industries Managing the techno-commercial role of introducing Antimicrobials to the Polymer Industry for Sanitized Ag (Swiss based Multinational) in IndiaManaging the techno-commercial role for developing Honeywell's PE Waxes in India• Managing the sales and distribution of PVC resins for the western region and some parts of Gujarat and Goa• • Planning and execution of exhibitions in India mainly pertaining to antimicrobials / PE Waxes• Identifying new products / Suppliers which can be complemented with the existing business along with its usages in other Industries• Leveraging the existing customer relationship to introduce new products, either through import or local product development• Distribution, Inventory management & credit management• Managing the team of 6 people engaged in repackaging of PVC Resins• Managing existing international suppliers and leverage the knowledge and relationship with other international manufacturersHaving expertise with a proven track record in market seeding / planning / execution of introducing new technical products in the market.

 Key Responsibility Include:i) Managing the Eastman Chemical company (USA) business - performance chemical & intermediates portfolio ii) Major products handled- Specialty Ketones / specialty Acids / Diketene Eastersiii) Actively involved in negotiation with the principals for bulk parcel orders ,day to day comminution with the suppliers on the order , shortages , insurance claimsiv) Handling Indent / Ex-Stock Sales which included selling material on High seas or on bond transfer basis v) Inventory managementvi) Credit managementDay to day payment collection on due date thorough checking of inward / out ward letter of creditvii) Co-ordination on the Import Consignment Modalities which included viii) planning the import , documents received , checking of documents , accepting of documents from bank, ensuring import duty payment on time
