As a Principal Consultant of the Managed Service Division, I am responsible for understanding the business needs of our customer base and then use our products and tools to deliver the value of our product portfolio to the customer. Our Service Assurance Platform provides insights into service performance across entire IT Network environment from the network, applications and user community perspective. And the managed service team provides different methodologies to extract data from customer network based on our Service Assurance Platform, transform them, store them and use that data as the source for Data Science & Engineering and Dev-Ops Automation to provide deep insights and analytics to the customers as well as make their operations effective and smooth. The customer portfolio can range from IT industry to health-care to financial institutions.
