Part of the Safety Management section at ICAO, responsible for leading global projects related to the management of change, safety risk management as well as development of revenue generating products and internal lead for managing the next amendment to Annex 19 - Safety Management.• Led multidisciplinary expert groups involving over 30+ States and regulators, and 10+ international organizations towards developing common positions whilst balancing competing interests. Recent examples include the forthcoming amendment to Annex 19 - Safety Management (2026) and the 5th edition to the Safety Management Manual (Doc. 9859) (2024).• Led cross-functional team to develop ICAO’s best-selling implementation package (iPack) to support States manage their risks related to COVID-19. Product deployed in 9 locations within 12 months, with excellent feedback. Awarded team merit prize by Secretary-General for initiative.• Facilitated virtual safety risk assessment workshops using BowTie and STPA with SMEs from States and industry, to reduce safety risk of transporting lithium batteries on aircraft.• Drafted technical papers and delivered presentations on SMS, SRM techniques and integrated risk management to ICAO expert groups and international organizations• Secretariat to Safety Management Panel providing technical guidance and direction to support achievement of key deliverables.
