Devansh Mahajan: Driving Innovation in Electronics and Computer ScienceI am Devansh Mahajan, dedicated to advancing technology and innovation through my expertise in electronics engineering and ongoing studies in computer science. My journey began with an apprenticeship at Siemens AG, where I specialized in Fire Electronics within the Smart Infrastructure department. During my time there, I contributed to projects ranging from circuit design to the development and production of cutting-edge fire alarm systems, honing my skills in prototyping, electronic repair, and microcontroller programming with C and C++.Transitioning to the Common Controller Platform within Smart Infrastructure, I expanded my skill set to include embedded programming, firmware development, and Linux-based systems using tools like The Yocto Project. It was during this time that I also learned Java and Python, further enhancing my capabilities in software development and expanding my toolkit for solving complex problems. My tenure at Siemens equipped me with a deep understanding of complex technologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Now pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at ETH Zurich, my studies at ETH Zurich are further honing my skills in object-oriented programming, data analytics, and software development, preparing me to tackle real-world problems with confidence and innovation. My academic pursuits complement my practical experience, enabling me to approach challenges with a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on expertise.Driven by a passion for innovation, my experience spans diverse areas including firmware programming, Linux-based systems development, and IoT. I am committed to leveraging technology as a force for positive change, shaping a brighter, more sustainable future for generations to come.I welcome opportunities to connect with fellow professionals who share my vision for a more innovative and sustainable world.
