● Ensure an effective ERM Framework is embedded in the Strategy and Planning Cycles throughout LYB departments to create a risk-based decision making culture.● Lead and support delivery of management reporting including, annual risk reports to the Board, quarterly (risk or whatever it is called) report to the Management Board and Leadership Team, and other ad hoc requests● Design and support the enterprise risk survey program designed to elicit feedback from the board of directors and Leadership team around emerging and current risks.● Manage and lead annual risk identification workshops for assigned Departments which includes segments, manufacturing and functions. ● Drive, support and contribute to continuous improvement of the Global ERM Framework which identifies and responds to select Department-level risks. ● Facilitate regular cadence with Senior Leaders to help their teams to systematically identify, analyze and evaluate key risks (threats and opportunities). Ensure the ERM Framework is an active part of each Leadership Team’s performance management cadence which regularly reviews plans to prevent or mitigate key threats to their strategy and objectives. ● Co-lead semi-annual discussion with the global network of Risk Champions to ensure ERM is deployed and remains active in all Departments.● Support development of risk related business cases for special projects pending Risk Management Committee approval. ● Direct interaction with Leadership Team members to identify and appoint a Risk Champion (M-level) in each Department (segments, manufacturing and functions).

• Coordinate, consolidate and analyze all Commercial quarterly reporting for the 10K and annual report footnotes, Controller’s quarterly reporting and E&Y reporting. • Work closely with global Commercial and Corporate counterparts, analyzing submissions for accuracy, and coordinating reports for management review.• Controllable Cost analysis and Consolidation for Global Commercial Organization (London, Singapore, Calgary and Houston). • Month End Close Activities and Executive Reporting for Global Commercial Cost Centers• Manage finance and performance analysis needs for Alaska North Slope (ANS) Crude Commercial group to ensure communication of key financial drivers to Alaska business unit and Commercial leadership team.• Month End Close Activities and Reporting to ANS Management.

• Generate and prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting and board presentations for the executive team• Assist in the timely preparation and review of consolidated financial statements• Consolidate, prepare and manage over 100 site bonus plans and effectively process bonuses on a quarterly basis• Trained and mentored shared service center team in Chennai, India to work with various finance groups.• Consolidate and prepare a 3 month rolling and total year forecast package for total Flextronics on a monthly basis• Month End Close Activities, Forecasting and Executive Reporting on 12 Corporate Cost Centers.
