Devanshi works as Consultant in the Economics and Public Policy Team at PwC. She holds a Bachelor's degree ( First Division) in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.She holds 2+ years of experience in secondary research, secondary data analysis, qualitative research, state specific analysis, working with government datasets( NSSO, PLFS, SRS) in the field of Gender Equality and Social Inclusion in partnerships with multilateral organisations. While working in the Gender field, she has contributed to the research relating to political participation of women and female labour force participation in India. She is also actively involved in the Business Development activities of the team including working on proposals, EOIs etc.Devanshi is passionate about working in the development sector and widen her knowledge in the fields of development economics, behavioural economics, gender economics and international development.She has co-authored a research paper on Comparison between India's and Singapore's HDI. Besides she has held a leadership position in more than two college societies. Her internships and Position of Responsibilities have further her experience in team work, decision making and leadership. She has also assisted SRCC's NAAC team as a Teacher Assistant.
