I am a Georgia Southern University Alumnus with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. With experience as a Manufacturing Engineering, Production Manager, and Program Hardware Integration Team lead, I thrive in high-pace and high-stress environments. All of my experience is in the Aerospace Industry with a focus in Vehicle/Stage Integration. Huge focus on project/schedule management, process development & continuous improvement, team building & development, and budget management.While being part of a start up program in a respectively young private company, I have been able to:- Work very closely with all engineering disciplines (design, manufacturing, testing, quality) to ensure the best product is being developed and streamlined.- Collaborated with cross functional departments to ensure company documents, process specifications and procedures are created, developed and released.- Building teams based off positive attitudes, long term mindsets and appropriate skill sets.- Help develop multiple facility buildings and capabilities to support my company’s current and future vehicle design requirements.Self-motivated and team-oriented. I lead from the front, ask and provide answers to the tough questions, and push the boundaries and thresholds to deliver results while working through constraints and removing bottlenecks for the team and company.
