 Work for design verification of 16/32 bit Microcontrollers and worked on Teradyne (J750, J971/J973, Catalyst, Advantest Test systems).  Work closely with the silicon design team to bring up the first silicon, wafer test, Package test, Engineering samples, and hardware builds ( Probe cards and DIB boards), product reliability, package qualification, silicon/system characterization and release to manufacturing. Test time optimization and yield management. Microcontrollers Characterization and reliability testing and final release to the production  Qualify Tester Correlation and Yield at different Fabs

 Testing of Digital, Analog, RF chips. Production Run. Design HW. Teaching the Digital basic and advance concept to scale up the engineers for the Design and development. Manage the Product engineer Team to support customer across the US, Asia and Europe Tester program Platform conversions Testers worked with : • Verigy 83K/93K, Advantest T2000,Credence Vista-Vision/Logic, Credence Duo, Schlumberger - ITS 9000MX , TERADYNE-J971,J750,Flex, UltraFlex , LTX - DELTA-50 / DELTA-STE Product Yield Management and work with Foundries to fix give the feedback on design and process issues to improve the yield

 Responsible for PCB Assembly with SMT machines and Testing with in-circuit tester.  In-charge of LINE Maintenance of 12 SMT Assembly Lines. Program development & experience in maintaining of the production lines SMT Machinery’s, screen printers and process machinery’s. PANASONIC – (MK2,MK2C) , KME – (CM92,CM82). MPM- (AP27), REFLOW OVEN – (HELLER 1700/1800)  Completely arranged the setup for a full-fledged Electronic card service La to service the Electronic Cards instead of giving the card to the vendor for servicing, save thousands of dollars spent in servicing.

 PCB Assembly with SMT machines and Board Testing with in-circuit tester (Teradyne Z1800) and Functional tester.  Custom built ATE’s for functional tests of the Assembled Boards and designed the test fixtures with bed of nails fixtures  Responsible for complete assembly and test operations (75 employees) for day-to-day production output. Work with R & D team for new product manufacturing and testing
