• Network Infra support for Run-The-Bank Operations team• Responsible for maintaining Bank Network in good and healthy condition in accordance with agreed technical design.• Bank Network devices include Nexus and Cisco Switches and Routers, Juniper SRX and Cisco ASA firewalls, Bluecoat Proxy, F5 loadbalancer, Bluecoat Packetshaper, Solarwind IPAM, Wireless AP, Algosec-Firewall analyser, Encryptor, Logwarehouse. • Member of CCB - Change Committee Board representing Network team.• Discuss all Network change activity schedule for implementation to get proper approval in the Change meeting on weekly basis.• Communicate with internal team and verify change activities action, recorded and implemented accordingly to avoid any non-compliance actions from Change team.• Incident cases update in SM9 according to priority.(CHM – Critical, High, Medium)• Firewall ports opening as per user request follow standard change approval , according to bank standard policies.• Implement new branches network bandwidth setup, traffic management in Packetshaper.• Standby and prepare for Bank Infra and applications DR activities scheduled every 4months.• Prepare activity checklist and action plan for DCSS – Data Centre Scheduled Shutdown.• Daily Health check on Network devices periodically to ensure no service interruptions.• Troubleshoot with telco vendors(TM, TIME, Maxis, NTT) on network slowness, high utilization or latency issues.• Work with SI(Dimension Data) on network devices IOS upgrade, firmware upgrade to comply with Security team standard and Cisco Bugscrub reports.• Work with Singapore team on crossborder network or regional network issues.

• Part of Level 2 Network support for Network Operations Centre for a Banking Client• Responsible for implementing part or all of the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed technical design.• Be proactive to anticipate issues or situations which impact service availability and critical response time, and take necessary mitigation steps escalating to management's attention, where appropriate• Troubleshoot Data (LAN/WAN), Voice Over IP, IP Routing and Switching, Network Security (Firewalls, VPN), Wireless related issues• Coordinate, Respond and implement change in efficient manner to resolve critical incident and situation by using tools, processes and systems as appropriate.• Troubleshoot Network latency or bandwidth related issues• Work on Incident Management tickets created by level 1 techs according to SLA• Configure BGP,EIGRP,RIP,OSPF and other routing protocols on Cisco devices• Engage and work with telco vendors and Cisco partners on various network issues• Involve in conference calls with clients and vendors work towards Incident resolutions• Troubleshooting and resolving WAN, LAN, DNS, Caching and Network Security Issues, Wireless LAN• Experienced in TCP/IP LANs (VLAN routing, VTP, Spanning Tree)• Experienced in diagnosing network problems and maintaining Network Security• Experienced in Cisco IP Telephony and Voice Gateway• Good working knowledge of networks - Routers, L2 and L3 Switches, Gateways and Voice Networks• Good knowledge in Cisco Networking devices (2600, 3600, 3700, 7200, 7600 routers; 2900, 3500, 6500, 8500 catalyst switches• Familiar with Cisco IOS and CatOS environtment
