• Network Infra support for Run-The-Bank Operations team
• Responsible for maintaining Bank Network in good and healthy condition in accordance with agreed technical design.
• Bank Network devices include Nexus and Cisco Switches and Routers, Juniper SRX and Cisco ASA firewalls, Bluecoat Proxy, F5 loadbalancer, Bluecoat Packetshaper, Solarwind IPAM, Wireless AP, Algosec-Firewall analyser.
• Member of CCB - Change Committee Board representing Network team.
• Discuss all Network change activity schedule for implementation to get proper approval in the Change meeting on weekly basis.
• Communicate with internal team and verify change activities action, recorded and implemented accordingly to avoid any non-compliance actions from Change team.

Cyberjaya

• Part of Level 2 Network support for Network Operations Centre for a Banking Client
• Responsible for implementing part or all of the technical solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed technical design.
• Be proactive to anticipate issues or situations which impact service availability and critical response time, and take necessary mitigation steps escalating to management's attention, where appropriate
• Troubleshoot Data (LAN/WAN), Voice Over IP, IP Routing and Switching, Network Security (Firewalls, VPN), Wireless related issues
• Coordinate, Respond and implement change in efficient manner to resolve critical incident and situation by using tools, processes and systems as appropriate.
• Troubleshoot Network latency or bandwidth related issues

· Network Engineer for Security appliances for Firewalls,Routers and Endpoint solutions· Network deployment and installation and configurations at customer network infrastructure· Network architecture and design network based on customer infrastructure requirements· Technical proposal and presentation for supportive Network Security appliances· Presales.

• Provide 1st level support on softwares, hardwares, drivers and Windows OS.
• Identify and troubleshoot software problems.
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware problems.
• Provide support on Windows OS XP, Vista and Windows 7.
• Install and update drivers or patches for the applications.
• Perform diagnostics test on hardware.
