Dev's experience in valuations is diverse, having worked on various types of valuation projects across various industries. He has specialized experience in valuations of business & equity, intangibles & purchase price allocations, as well as derivatives & hybrid instruments. He has served clients for various purposes such as financial reporting, regulatory submissions and M&A transactions. He has also been a speaker on valuation related topics at professional institutes, corporate trainings and event networks.Dev is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with ranks at national level, and is also a Registered Valuer under the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules 2017.
