After 2 weeks of training I was put on the system to work independently and was meeting productivity.I was chosen as the Super user for the new non-scored system (VIPER).

Checking and ensuring all applications received are NCA compliant and adhere to the rules, then accurately capturing everything. Communicating the outcome of a client’s application to our business partners and Dealerships. Conducting ITC Bureau and Experian Bureau checks on clients. Ensuring maximum capture on E-apps application.ACHIEVEMENTSI was given responsibility for requesting Digest Prices (used vehicle resale prices) from Head Office.I piloted the filter queue for applications with missing information. Officially certified Six Sigma white belt.Successfully helped with the E-app system to get it working and 100% in use.

Performing duties for Sales Managers (Checking deliveries, capturing purchases received and proforma orders placed, batching daily paperwork, ordering stock for the next day). Assisting Branch Manager with the monthly main ledger and counting special stock to determine monthly shrinkages, shortages and excesses. Reporting daily figures to Head Office and Senior Management. I accomplished 6 months’ work and knowledge in 3 months. I was always the first sent to various other outlets of Shoprite and Checkers stores to help with Admin duties when they were backlogged and short staffed.Assisted the IT Consultants when new software and hardware was being installed in-store (night duty).Was involved in disciplinary hearings for general staff both in store and other Stores in the KwaZulu Natal area.Designed the Christmas business plan for each of the departments complete with back up plans for every possible situation, from banking to power outages.
