• Perform audit and other (accounting compilations, tax and agreed-upon procedures)engagements in its entirety. • Identify risks, design and recommend mitigating procedures• Analytical review of key financial line items• Oversee and review junior clerks audit and financial statement work• Facilitate training to junior staff on software and regulatory updates• Perform statutory audits on small to medium and large sized firms in the privatesector and public sector, in a variety of industries• Ensure compliance with IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, Companies Act, ISAs and the Tax Acts• Preparation of detailed time budgets and allocation of audit / accounting work to• Evaluate and review income tax returns of companies, trusts and individuals• Provide performance feedback on clerks to directors• Monitoring actual versus budgeted costs and WIP management

• Perform audits and other engagements (accounting compilations, tax and agreed-upon procedures) in • Preparation of detailed time budgets and allocation of audit / accounting work toaudit team members• Preparation of financial statements for private companies, non-profit organisations,close corporations, trusts and group consolidations

• Perform regulatory compliance audits against various international regulations andstandards• Perform annual certifications of gaming platforms. • Perform quarterly audits of minor and major changes to various aspects of thegaming system• Analysis and review of audit evidence for both the front and back-end• Scanning and analysis of vulnerability and penetration test reports• Preparation of annual certification reports for submission to International Regulators• Preparation of quarterly reports on major and minor changes in line with regulatoryrequirements• Assessment and reporting of compliance risks• Exposure to ISO standards and accreditations
