CurrentDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations.Design and implement onboarding programs to welcome and integrate new employees into the organization.Develop employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee morale and productivity.Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.Investigate and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.Review and update employee benefits programs to meet the changing needs of employees and the organization.Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures manuals and ensure adherence across the organization.Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure HR compliance and address any areas of concern.Design and implement leave management processes, including leave requests, approvals, tracking, and reporting.Lead the development and implementation of the employee handbook, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure handbook content aligns with company policies and regulations.
