Having worked at CIMSME and gained the basic experience and knowhows of working with corporate clients I was seeking to broaden my scale of professional experience by working for corporate clients having an even more extensive scale of functioning. In my perception, working with bigger clients (in terms of operations and functions) would mean even more critical and extensive legal issues which would help me gain requisite experience while trying to find a solution for such legal issues. Luckily, my perception proved to be true when I switched to Walia & Co.I was working at Walia & Co. as an associate and was primarily helping my team draft and vet legal contracts which helped me get a step closer to intricately knowing various aspects of commercial transactions. My other roles comprised draftig legal documents such as Legal Notices, applications to various authorities, writ petitions, commercial applications before NCLT for our prestigious clients.Further, I was categorically commended by my seniors and clients alike for providing prompt, effective and solution based advises for consequential legal queries.

CIMSME was my first job after graduating from NLU Vizag. I was eagerly anticipating an opportunity to work with corporates and accepted the opportunity with extreme optimism. The organisation perfectly catered to optimism as I got an opportunity to engage in corporate commercial litigations and advising esteemed clients on various legal queries. My role mostly comprised drafting and filing Applications (u/s 7, 9 and 10 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016) before arguing on the same and getting them admitted in various National Company Law Tribunals. I am extremely grateful to have been provided with such an opportunity as my launch pad to the professional world and if there is one thing that has been a constant since in my professional life is GROWTH.
