Current- Management of Gartner’s marketing email campaigns (single sends, drips, and nurtures),with holistic process ownership starting with initialization and till reporting.- Managing trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximizeengagement and conversions.- Develop segmentation targeting and testing processes to go deeper into existingdatabase to achieve better audience outreach and targeting.- Building marketing analytics dashboard for leadership teams to perform and analyze keychannel metrics attributes and performance.- Monitor and track efficacy of our campaign efforts and channel attribution, analyzingdata and determining patterns and trends through (Eloqua/SQL/Power BI).- Consulting services to internal stakeholders with respect to Lead Scoring, DataModelling, Marketing Analytics and process improvement for IT teams
