• Extensively involved in full life cycle Recruitment. • Worked with clients like HSBC, Deloitte, Barclays, CSC, Amdocs, Genpact• Closed the positions within the stipulated SLA’s.• Starting from Sourcing resumes from various job portals, screening selecting the candidates, scheduling up the interviews, taking feedbacks from the clients. • Done initial phone screening of candidates to judge communications and background and their suitability for particular requirement. • Scheduling the interview for both Face to Face and Telephonic Interview according to the Clients preference. • Offer letter generation and release after collecting the necessary documents from the selected candidates and direct them to the HR people for further joining formalities. • Constantly be in touch with the candidate like Follow up with the candidates regarding on boarding formalities like booking traveling tickets and arranging accommodations for outstation candidates. • Keep the respective branch HR informed about the candidates details. • Maintaining a cordial relationship with the candidate even after the candidate joins the client place and keep the HR team updated according the grievances of the employees who is working at the client place. • Regular Updation of MIS Reports Offer roll out, regret analysis report, hired pipeline report, daily interviews and weekend interviews employees joined / offer declined / resigned against the set target.
