While keeping the policy servicing systems in synchronization with one another, it allowed system integrity and consistency such that if an agent cancels a policy using new servicing system then that agent is restricted from doing other endorsements on that policy from the Web application. Designed technical specifications for re-architecting the delete vehicle endorsement transaction for company’s servicing Web application. Developed program components in smalltalk from the technical specifications using Agency access type and Agency business rules to reduce multiple server hits to single server hit for independent agents to complete delete vehicle endorsements.
