As the Deputy Program Manager for the integrated village development project, Sarvoday, my role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at facilitating holistic community growth. From meticulously planning and strategizing the execution of initiatives in education, livelihood, environment support, skill development, and capacity building, to ensuring their seamless implementation on the ground, my focus remains on uplifting the villages and their residents. Equally vital is the diligent monitoring and documentation of all activities, tracking progress, identifying areas of improvement, and fostering transparency. Moreover, I actively engage with government authorities, forging strong liaisons to advocate for the project's objectives and secure support for its sustainable development. Through a comprehensive approach, I strive to empower the communities, fostering positive change, and contributing to their long-term socio-economic advancement.

As the District Program Manager, I held comprehensive responsibility for ensuring the success of critical aspects within the district, focusing on Enrollment, Retention, and Learning outcomes, along with Community Mobilization. My role involved providing support and guidance to field staff in organizing School Management Committee (SMC) meetings through collaboration with teachers and the community, as well as aiding in the preparation of School Improvement Plans (SIPs). I offered assistance to all Field Coordinators and Block officers across the district in their Community Mobilization and Enrollment/Retention/Learning activities. Identifying training needs and developing training modules was a crucial aspect of my duties, and I coordinated and organized various training sessions. Establishing and maintaining strong liaisons with Government departments was essential to ensure the successful completion of Enrollment, Retention, and Learning initiatives. Additionally, I played a key role in documenting success stories and experiences, while managing the Performance Management System (PMS) at the district level and generating reports to measure progress and report to both district and regional level officers. Overall, my duties encompassed strategic leadership, coordination, and implementation to foster positive change and enhance educational outcomes and community engagement within the district.

As the District Manager for microfinance and institutional building, my role encompassed a wide range of responsibilities geared towards empowering communities and fostering sustainable rural livelihoods within the district. I monitored and oversaw all aspects of Community Mobilization and Microfinance operations for Women's Self Help Groups (WSHGs) across the district. I provided continuous support and guidance to the Project Field Teams (PFT) in their efforts related to Community Mobilization and Microfinance activities. Identifying training needs and developing relevant training modules was crucial to enhance the capacity and skills of both middle and grassroots-level stakeholders, and I organized and facilitated these training sessions. Establishing effective liaisons with Government departments was vital to leverage resources and support for the enhancement of sustainable rural livelihoods. I actively participated in process documentation, capturing success stories and experiences, to showcase the positive impact of the initiatives. Additionally, I managed the Management Information System (MIS) on the district level, generating various reports to measure progress within the cluster and providing valuable insights for reporting to district-level officers. Through strategic leadership, coordination, and collaboration, my duties aimed at creating lasting positive change and economic empowerment within the district.

As a member of the Project Facilitation Team, my primary focus was on facilitating positive transformation and economic empowerment within the cluster area, consisting of 42 villages, by forming Self Help Groups (SHGs) for Below Poverty Line (BPL) individuals. I played a vital role in the successful formation of these SHGs, empowering them to take charge of their financial well-being. My responsibilities included closely monitoring and ensuring the proper management of regular savings, meetings, interloaning, repayments of loans, and important documents within the SHGs. Additionally, I facilitated linkages between the SHGs and various financial agencies like SGSY (Swarnjayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana) to provide access to additional financial resources and opportunities. Strengthening Gram Sabha and establishing effective liaisons with Government departments were integral aspects of my role, aiming at enhancing sustainable rural livelihoods for the tribal community in Madhya Pradesh. Through my dedication and efforts, I sought to uplift marginalized communities and empower them to achieve economic independence and social progress.
