With publication of the book titled, Cold Kitchen in 2008 included as a primary reference text book by leading hospitality management institutions, has now been inspired to release his next book titled Professional Cookery later this year.Achieved global recognition after successfully earning Advance Diploma's from the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), New York., W.T.O/U.N.D.P. and the I.L.O during his career span.Guiding light to over 3000 trained professionals in the hotel and hospitality management industry, with many of students currently working with top hotels and hospitality institutions as Managing Directors, General Managers & Top Chefs.With dedication and guidance, the Pusa Institute won National Awards from the Indian Ministry of Tourism for the Best Institute (year 2008-2009), Best Placement record and Best Academic record.In continuance to the service to the hospitality industry, looking forward to work post-retirement with an organization that recognizes his professional experience and is looking to house a leader.
